Who & Why

I am a father. To get more specific an adoptive father. I have been involved in various online forums for a few years now and have come a long long way in terms of my understanding and views on adoption. Through this blog and the accompanying forum I hope to share some of what I have learned and optimistically to create a community where anyone interested in adoption can learn and share thoughts. Some of you will already know considerably more about me from some of my posts elsewhere. For those that don’t, please visit regularly as I add some of the material I have written on adoption in the past and add new material moving forward.

I encourage everyone to comment on anything I say. I have never been one to shy away from the hard topics surrounding adoption and I truly enjoy hearing others opinions on these subjects. I will admit to hoping that I might help to shape some peoples opinions on adoption, but also do my best to be open to having my own views changed.
